Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Torn Curtain
TORN CURTAIN is a movie directed by Alfred Hitchcock in 1966.

Paul Newman is an american physicist invited to a scientific congress in Denmark. He suddenly defects to East Germany, secretly followed by his colleague and lover Julie Andrews. Newman's intention is to approach Professor Gustav Lindt and to steal from him secret scientific information. But how Newman and Andrews will come back to the other side of the Iron Curtain ?

Not the best Hitchcock but still enjoyable with two or three great scenes.
