Ray Quick (Stallone) is an ex-CIA explosives expert, who quits his job when a job goes sour. May Munro (Stone) is a beautiful woman whose parents were killed by mobsters. She decides to hire Quick to take down the people responsible for her parents death. Quick's ex-partner (James Woods) is involved in the game and wants nothing more to take Quick down.
