THE CORRUPTOR is a movie directed by James Foley in 1999.
Danny Wallace is assigned to Lieutenant Nick Chen's department. A member of the internal affairs, Danny must prove that Chen is being bribed by the Chinese triads. But things won't be so simple as Chen saves Danny's life and Henry Lee, an important member of the Chinese mob, tells Danny he's willing to pay for the gambling debts of his father. In the meantime, a gang war starts between Bobby Vu's gang and the gang of Uncle Wong, the crime boss of Chinatown.
