| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Extramarital |
Extramarital stars Traci Lords (Blade, The Tommyknockers, Epicenter) as struggling writer/journalist Elizabeth, who is working hard to catch her big break. Elizabeth goes on a trip to get an interview and botches it. When she gets back her boss gets on her case to finish her stories. He wants a fifth story for the magazine and gives Elizabeth two weeks to work on it. When Elizabeth went on her trip she made a friend Ann (Maria Diaz) and calls her up. Ann starts telling Elizabeth about her wonderous affair she is having. With this info Elizabeth starst working on her story, chasing her dream of catching her break while at the same time dealing with her husband Eric (Jack Kerrigan) who just wants her to have a good paying job. One night before having sex, Ann sets up her cell phone so Elizabeth can hear the whole act. But Ann is murdered and Elizabeths answering machine wasnt working so well so the tape she got was muddled. This leads Elizabeth to go on the hunt for her story and proof that Ann was indeed murdered.
