| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Sergeant Bilko |
A Sergeant in the motorpool has no business being in the Army. His garage is a makeshift casino and he runs every other type of money making racket you can think of. He gets away with it because his CO is a baffoon.
A captain that the sergeant got into a lot of trouble and got transferred to a base in the arctic in the past comes to the base to try to catch the sergeant in the midst of some illegal activities for revenge.
The captain tries to sabotage the testing of an experimental vehicle wherein a lot of top military brass will be present.
However, the sergeant and his men find out ahead of time. They rig the test and everything goes pretty much as planned.
The captain is furious. He accuses the sargent of cheating, but nobody believes him.
To prove it, he shows them the electronic device that he removed from the vehicle to sabotage it.
